About Us
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers was founded in St. Louis, Missouri on November 28, 1891. IBEW Local Union 1319 was chartered on June 3, 1942 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Local 1319 represents outside electrical workers, telephone workers, utility workers, line clearance and tree trimming employees, government workers, and cable television employees.
